Plumbing Foundation
Water and drainage networks laid, pressure-tested and documented.
Electrical Foundation
Load schedule, conduits and wiring sized for every circuit.
HVAC
AC routes, drains and power points planned and installed.
Flooring
Levelled screed and flooring laid to engineering tolerances.
Walls
Plastering and wall preparation checked with laser levels.
Ceiling
Gypsum board ceilings, lighting coves and access panels.
Carpentry
